**Job Summary**

We are in search of an experienced, motivated, team-oriented Data Scientist to join our Data Science team. The Data Science team will work closely with our business owners, data engineers, software engineers on new mechanism/solution initiatives and will ensure optimal data/model/system architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. As a team player, the hire will be responsible for the full life-cycle of data products of our business, from identifying issues to designing and developing the products, deploying them, and monitoring their performance in real-world scenarios. They will also need to engage with stakeholders to ensure that our efforts deliver the most value possible while meeting other requirements.
**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of designing, developing, and testing scalable data science pipelines for speed and usability.
- Focus on delivering statistical depth, insightful analysis, and precise data interpretation.
- Utilize data-mining and machine learning techniques to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive data processing, troubleshooting, and problem diagnosis across the entire life-cycle of data products.
- Design and conduct experiments to ensure high-quality solutions to current business problems.
- Effectively present experimental results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify gaps in product functionality and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithms and technologies.
- Encourage ownership, accountability, testing, and continuous improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.

**Yêu cầu**:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience with large amounts of industrial data.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or other closely related fields of study.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in at least a programming language (preferably Python).
- Experience with common open-source Data Science toolkits for both in-memory data processing (e.g. polars, scikit-learn, Tensorflow, PyTorch) and distributed data processing (e.g. Spark, HDFS).
- Experience with end-to-end modeling projects emerging from research efforts.
- Willingness to understand complex systems and their various components.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, while fulfilling the demands for various teams, systems, and products.
