The job holder is responsible for maximizing the value of the financial product in Zalopay and working of the product development team while putting the customer at the center
**Product Development & Delivery Roadmap**
- Keep up with current trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Gather feedback about existing features and new ones from merchants, customer support, product team, and integration partners. Be a customer advocate.
- Go over product design: logic, flows, and UIs. Ensure features are UX-centric and customer-focused.
- Collaborate with UI designers, UX designers, and user researchers for best-in-class front-end user journeys, wireframes, and overall user experience.
- Ensure product built meets specs, including some testing & QA.
- Take lead and participate in product ideation, product MVP design, development, and release processes.
- Analyze the technical aspects of the product to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs, identifying opportunities to bridge gaps between technical implementation and strategic objectives.
- Research and analytics: Generate data-driven ideas and validate your product builds. Measure, monitor, and optimize product performance with suitable metrics.
- Monitor growth and upgrades, feature usage, widget installations, updates from partners, and other metrics. Flag up issues and handle them.
- Ensure goals are aligned internally across your product team and keep other departments updated about features and policy changes so they can follow up.
- Work with marketing, customer service, and operations to publicize new features and instructional content.

**Project Management (Agile)**
- Create, maintain, and refine product backlog frequently.
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared backlogs to work on.
- Participate in scrum and sprint reviews, demos, stand-ups, and planning sessions, and inspect the product at the end of each sprint to accept/reject quality.
- Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

**Yêu cầu**:
**Must have**:

- PO/PM experience (at least 2 years) and track records in product management, especially digital & mobile products;
- Business-driven and results-oriented. Able to manage conflicting priorities, focus on building what will make the most business impact, and provide validation of that.
- Business English standard proficiency as required for the role
- Technically minded. A logical thinker who considers multiple scenarios and flows.
- Attention to details
- Have knowledge of UI/UX and be able to create low to high fidelity prototype
- Customer-focused and UX-minded product evangelist. Excited to learn all about our products and share them with the world
- Good communication skills, which could be defined as: clear, concise, and transparent;
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

**Ideally**:

- Experience with Digital banking, Consumer finance, Lending, Payment, Fintech platforms
- Some complementary skillsets, for example, in areas like growth hacking, go-to-market, data analysis, UX research, or design.
- Familiarity with our toolsets: Sketch, Figma, Google Analytics + Tag Manager + Jira, Confluence
- Growth mindset: you have strong passion and curiosity to ask questions and explore new things;
- You love to share your knowledge and inspire other people.
- Have an investment mentality, and want to build for the long term.
