- Market research, customer survey and competitor analysis.
- Working with the product team to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy.
- Work closely with BI team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Write user stories, user flows, business use case diagrams and backlog management.
- Create mock-ups and prototypes utilizing our prebuilt design system for B2B products.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, work collaboratively with engineers and cutting edge technologies.
- Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
- Analyze users’ data and feedbacks to measure product’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst, or Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and business analytical positions, or talented freshers in any non-tech/business fields(will be technically trained)
- Have a superb critical reasoning skill: able to strengthen or weaken arguments based on logics
- Good perspective about product design: able to analyze why a feature is built
- Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq, Axure RP, Adobe XD, Figma) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows. Working experience with a design system is a plus
- Have experience of writing product documentation
- Able to explain complex problems in a few sentences
- Able to persuade others to follow your ideas
- Pay attention to details: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions
