Một **Product Owner **tại ZaloPay sẽ chịu trách nhiệm ent-to-end về việc lên kế hoạch, thực thi và vận hành sản phẩm trong suốt vòng đời sản phẩm, cụ thể như sau:

- Thu thập và sắp xếp độ ưu tiên của các yêu cầu sản phẩm. Phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.
- Chuẩn bị đầy đủ các các công việc để phát triển sản phẩm như phân tích, khái niệm hóa, lên wireframe, prototype, mô tả yêu cầu sản phẩm.
- Tự tin dẫn dắt dự án trong khi trình bày, đàm phán với đội phát triển dự án một cách hiệu quả để đảm bảo các giải pháp đưa ra phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và tiêu chuẩn công nghệ của công ty.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với đội phát triển dự án để tách nhỏ yêu cầu kinh doanh, hỗ trợ quản lý việc triển khai sản phẩm đúng hạn.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm; Hỗ trợ UAT trong kiểm thử.
- Phụ trách phân tích dữ liệu và theo dõi hiệu suất/hành vi người dùng trong lần phát hành đầu tiên để đánh giá/cải tiến trong vòng đời sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện kiểm tra A/B và nghiên cứu để đánh giá giả thuyết và tìm ra giải pháp cuối cùng

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có tư duy phản biện, khả năng đưa ra giả thuyết và phân tích chi tiết để giải quyết vấn đề.
- Có khả năng lên wireframe và các tài liệu liên quan. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp với các kỹ sư phần mềm và các đội nhóm khác.
- Có khả năng hiểu các chỉ số đo lường hiệu suất sản phẩm dựa trên dữ liệu. Hiểu logic của sản phẩm từ đầu đến cuối. Có tư duy cải tiến sản phẩm dựa trên dữ liệu.
- Thấu hiểu hành vi người dùng thông qua các nghiên cứu, quan sát, phân tích dữ liệu liên quan đến nhu cầu của người dùng trong việc quản lý và sử dụng ví điện tử.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt. Có khả năng làm việc đúng thời hạn và chịu được áp lực.
- Có khả năng thuyết trình, báo cáo & kỹ năng quản lý thời gian tốt.
