Product Growth Specialist

We are excited to look for a qualified Product Growth Specialist, who is passionate about working at the intersection of digital marketing and product development. In this unique role, you will be the one who identifies the product growth opportunities, experiment, optimize and collaborate with the cross-team’s efforts to drive them.

**Your main duties and responsibilities**:
At ITviec, you are in charge of putting into action and fully committing to ITviec's product growth plan, which will center on expanding the product’s user base.

**Identify product’s growth drivers and monitor (50%)**
- Confidently and independently identify growth drivers and phasing plans, to encourage more people to use the product, based on business objectives, user persona, segment, cohort, user behavior, user journey analytics, marketing roll-out roadmap, product development roadmap, and other external and internal analytic tools.
- Experiment relevant A/B testing tactics and report on the results.
- Research and design the tracking flow, logics and techniques to track growth metrics.
- Analyze data from dynamic and static tables as well as other related data sources.

**Execute growth initiatives (30%)**
- Design proposal, communication plan, documents, related technical materials, mini press releases, manual guides, legal issues to roll out the growth initiatives.

**Research and report (20%)**
- Participate in research projects and in-depth interviews to understand and keep updated with the user persona, segment, cohort, user behavior and user attribute insights.
- Make monthly reports for product growth metrics.
- Make on-demand reports for growth initiatives.
- Use data event tracking platforms and online analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Amplitude.
- Direct report to Marketing Lead.
- Having 3-4 year of experience in similar role
- Proven work experience as a product growth specialist or similar role
- Proven ability to design user behavior's and user experience flow for digital product / feature
- BSc degree in Marketing, IT engineering, Data, Business information system or relevant field
- Experience planning and leading user base growth activities
- Knowledgeable about B2B model, across business industries, technology trends, macro and micro economy
- Intermediate proficiency in English and Vietnamese, all 4 communication skills
- Hands on experience with Excel, Queries, online data tools
- Knowledge of content production
- Curious, analytical, and opportunistic, willing to experiment and collaborate
