The Product Marketing Specialist is a key role of Gyld Labs at our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will find yourself collaborating with a highly driven team on work that’s challenging and engaging. You will be trusted, empowered, and supported to make a meaningful impact on the web3 industry.

**Responsibilities**
- **Product positioning and strategy**:Define and communicate the value proposition our core offerings and their role in the broader web3 ecosystem
- Help steer product roadmap based on customer, market, and competitive insights; and own the public-facing roadmap
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance the user experience based on consumer feedback and data
- Lead product-centric value propositions and messaging on external channels
- **Go-to-market strategy**: Own the GTM strategy for our evolving set of platform offerings, mapping out core developer persona and journeys, developing messaging & positioning, use cases, competitive intelligence, and launch strategy.
- **Product launch**: Collaborate closely with the Product team to deeply understand new features and updates, translating technical details into clear and compelling marketing messages
- Create and execute content marketing campaigns that increase our products’ visibility, engagement, and community growth
- Oversee and maintain our presence on various social media platforms

Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing platform adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth
- Educating the community on Gyld Labs’ products, features, and benefits
- Build and nurture community advocate programs and campaigns that build brand passion for Gyld Labs products
- Organize and attend industry events
- Monitor, measure, and report on the success of community growth and engagement metrics
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing data analysis, integrating innovations and improvements into our processes and tools continuously

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to produce engaging blogs, press releases, and social media content
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven initiatives
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Marketing automation tools, Figma, Notion, Canva is a plus
- SEO experience to optimize articles and websites overall for keyword ranking is a plus
- Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms is a plus
- Ownership mindset and a track record of successfully accomplishing projects
- Robust work ethic - you’re highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
