**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Grow Fast Cash and Easy Cash propositions to improve limit utilization of FE Credit cardholders. Monitor the portfolio and take actions to grow Fast Cash and Cardless cash propositions to improve limit utilization of FE Credit cardholders in a most profitable manner.
- Work on developing new propositions such as Cardless cash and mainstream it with relevant marketing promotions. Use mobile app and other digital channels to improve the uptake of this product. Continuously monitor the yields on the portfolio and take efforts to maximize the yield as well as fee income. Work with multiple units including BICC on customer segmentation and creating new fast cash features as well as new fast cash channels.
- Continuously monitor competition and marketplace to widen the scope of Fast Cash and Cardless Cash proposition, update information from Law regulations which impact to the cash spending.
- Work in project for support the Credit card growth in general (including New product proposition) and the Cash spend in the particular.
- Work with Product team on a regular basis to ensure that receivable building programs have a wider reach through statement inserts, product brochures etc.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking or related industry with strong track record.
- At least 1- 2 years in a credit card industry with detailed understanding of credit cards and specifically credit card receivable building programs, cards ENR, card fee structure, payment hierarchy etc.
- Prior experience in cards division of large MNC banks like Citi, HSBC or large local banks or technology companies about e-payment, e-wallet,...
- Having experiences working in the product launching project; or working with multiple stakeholders are plus points.
- Basic understanding of the Credit Card Business P&L, revenue drivers, ENR, fee structure, card payment hierarchy etc.(will be re-trained after on-boarding).
- Good communication by English
- Influencing, negotiating, driving execution, managing multiple stakeholders, operations
- Knowing how to use SQL for querying data is the plus point.
- Having basic IT knowledge (API, ESB,BA etc) is the plus point
