**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Phát triển, triển khai đặc tính sản phẩm, xây dựng khung giá cho các sản phẩm cho vay tại POS cũng như phân khúc khách hàng mới dựa trên phân tích thị trường, khách hàng.
- Develop, deploy new_ POS loan_ products’ parameters, set pricing, new customer segments based on market and customer analyses._
- Phối hợp với các phòng/ban có liên quan để xây dựng, triển khai các ý tưởng, phương án cải thiện liên quan tới quy trình bán hàng, đặc tính sản phẩm, chương trình truyền thông, tính chất rủi ro và các hoạt động khác.
- Engage with cross functional teams at VPB FC to develop, implement initiatives, corrective actions in term of selling process, product characteristics, marketing campaign, risk performance and other aspects._
- Giám sátTheo dõi thưởng xuyên hiệu quả kinh doanh của sản phẩm mới trong suốt giai đoạn thử nghiệm và sản phẩm hiện tại so với mục tiêu dựa trên các báo cáo định kỳ
- Monitor _Keep t_racking of business performance efficiency of new product during the pilot and existing products versus target based on regular report_
- Giám sátTheo dõi hiệu quả kinh doanh của sản phẩm cho vay tại POS theo nhiều tiêu chí (doanh thu, chi phí bán hàng, rủi ro, biến động danh mục, các chỉ số hoạt động)
- Keep tracking of _Monitor business performance of_ POS loan_ products in multi dimensions (revenue driver, acquisition cost, risk performance, portfolio movements, operational performance indicators)_
- Báo cáo cấp quản lý Chỉ ra cácvề các biến động lớn trong kết quả kinh doanh của sản phẩm cho vay tại POS, đề xuất tiềm năng phát triển/ cải thiện cũng như phương án cải thiện tương ứng
- Report managers _Highlight deviations in_ POS loan_ products performance, _propose _potential sources of growth/ improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly. _
- Thực hiện xXây dựng và cập nhật bộ thông tin sản phẩm phản ánh các thay đổi lớn về yếu tố tài chính, kết quả rủi ro, chính sách quản trị rủi ro, kênh phân phối, quy trình phê duyệt tín dụng, quy trình hoạt động, v.v
- Implement in d_Develop_ing_ and updat_ing_e product program reflecting significant changes in term of financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution, underwriting, operation processes, etc _
- Xây dựng kênh phân phối, quy trình bán hàng, chính sách bán hàng mới hoặc các điều chỉnh liên quan tới kênh phân phối; phát triển và quản lý đối tác
- Develop new/ adjusted distribution channels, selling process, selling policies; partner development and management_
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng bộ phận và Quản lý trực tiếp
- Undertake other tasks assigned by _Unit Head_ and Line Manager_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Cử nhân chuyên ngành kinh tế học, tài chính, ngân hàng (đại học nước ngoài là một ưu thế)
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking (degree from the leading foreign university is a plus)_
- Ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực tài chính tiêu dùng, ngân hàng, bảo hiểm hoặc công ty đa quốc gia.
- At least 0_1_ year experience in_ similar position in_ _consumer finance, banking, insurance, or MNCs_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình, phân tích số liệu
- Communication_, presentation skill, data analysis skill_
- Kỹ năng thương lượng và giải quyết vấn đề
