The **Mission of the Business Line Manager CTS Sales & Marketing** is to accelerate growth of the service business and achieve the targets and objectives. He or she put in place strategy to maximize the business based on the full potential and optimizing profitability. She or he is a key member of the management team of Atlas Copco Vietnam and reports to the General Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Grow the CTS service revenue and profitability in a sustainable and consistent way in accordance with the targets
- Put in place strategies and action plans to substantially increase the 1-1 service ratio with focus on the total installed base as well as individual product ranges
- Steadily increase the service contracts business with focus on an increase in long term contracts with highest customer value (EW+, TC, TR)
- Develop the advanced services business by achieving substantial revenue contribution
- Accelerate the overhaul business above and beyond, and commercially support the centralization effort to optimize quality, efficiency and portray our leadership position
- Harvest on connectivity through fast growth in registration and sales of licenses whilst maintaining the quality of the installed base and customer data
- Improve customer satisfaction, pro-actively obtaining feedback and acting adequately to customer feedback
- Drive pro-active sales by leading the sales teams towards extraordinary individual and collective results through competence development and sales management
- Professionalize all sales activities through full adoption to CRM, optimizing automation of leads, efficient lead management and consistent creation of quotations
- Lead by example, promote open communication and transparency and actively improve internal cooperation to optimize sustainable growth for the entire organization
