- About the role
- Sales Manager should thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment and is obsessed with supporting and accelerating our Enterprise/SME customers' Cloud journey to drive business value in this highly visible role reporting to the Head of Sales. This position will be responsible for developing and inspiring people, evangelizing cloud computing, driving revenue and user adoption by focus on exploiting the deep strategy group.**Responsibilities**:
- Leading Sales Team comprising of Account Managers to drive the sales revenue.
- Planning and implementing of sales strategies towards achieving leads penetration, revenue generation, eventually increase of the market shares and overall business growth.
- Involving in day-to-day strategic business direction, sales initiatives and terms negotiation with key decision makers.
- Consolidating and reviewing sales reports, identifies trends, competition activities in order to advises the Head of Sales and provide necessary supports to the Enterprise/SME Team for successful achievement of the business plan.
- Managing the Sales Team by communicating clear job expectations, addressing arising issues, monitoring the team on weekly, quarterly and yearly performance.
- Other tasks are assigned by Line manager.
**Yêu cầu**:
- Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Economics or relevant majors.
- At least 05 years of technology sales experiences or relevant business development experiences & in which 02 years experience in managerial roles.
- Proven track records and success in negotiating complex deals with senior customer executives (e.g. CEO, CIO, CTO)
- Understand of cloud computing concepts and major service offerings of VNG Cloud will be a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills ; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Execelent leadership, customer service skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in deadline-driven work environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written either in English), enable to be a public speaker
