Associate Account Manager, Vng Digital Business

Finding and approaching potential customers through social media channels, networking, telecommunications/IT conferences.
- Deploying business services in Network, System, Cloud... including demand consulting, sales, contract signing.
- Monitor and prepare periodic business reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). Proposing business plans for each project and customer.
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue target.
- Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around VNG Cloud.
- Collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Solution Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing,to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Manage contract negotiations & ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts in Territory
- Other tasks are asigned by Line manager.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, Economics or relevant majors.
- At least 05 years of technology sales experiences or relevant business development experiences & in which 03 years of direct sales experiences in software/hardware or cloud solutions.
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills ; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large -scale technology deals
- Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in deadline-driven work environment.
- Ability to self-build and implement personal sales plan
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written skills), English is a plus.
