Growth and Sales Business Development Manager

Viber is looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the Vietnam market, and proven experience in delivering new partnerships and growing existing ones, and driving B2B sales leads in the market.
This role will form an essential part of our Global Growth and Sales teams, a matrix of working with two global teams by delivering high quality performance and brand partnerships, driving acquisition and engagement of users, and also sales leads and development to increase our revenue in Vietnam.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales or business development
- Demonstrate Knowledge of B2B Tech
- An understanding of Digital media / Digital advertising landscape
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in the telco, mobile app and/or social media industries
- Senior level contacts at relevant key industries leading companies and organizations a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced digital environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management
**Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with multiple business units and within our largest global technology clients and their marketing and media agency partners
- Identify and prospect new partnerships across the mobile landscape/ wider media, that drive long term value, and are in-line with our Global & regional BD strategy
- Adopt a consultative & strategic selling approach by navigating a complex ecosystem of client stakeholders and achieving a shared vision for Rakuten Viber and the client
- Proactively provide intelligent client and industry-specific research, trends, and analytics - Specifically related to Technology industry
- Interact and collaborate across our global footprint of offices and cross functional partners
- Report and forecast sales activity
- Identify and prospect new sales leads based on our revenue driven products including BizMsg, Telco, and Ads
- Represent both market trends and client needs to the Executive and the Product teams to ensure we are both serving current needs well and evolving our portfolio to identify future client needs
- Update Growth and Sales teams on current partnerships and sales leads pipeline
