- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Manage operation smoothly, Sales, Distributors & market activity (stock return)
- Analyze to head up risk, initiative to optimize, cost, and move to efficiency level
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
- Report setting, data sense with clear direction.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A proven track record in sales or sales management.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in DMS and Microsoft Office Suite

Others:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG
- Bachelor degree
- Good English skill
