**Job Purpose**:
The Manager, Inside Sales will be responsible for delivering renewed and new Revenues by driving customer contact cadence, pipeline and deal reviews, weekly and monthly forecasting and collaboration with partners and field sales. Your teams' development, motivation and retention will be amongst your key priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hiring, mentorship, retention and performance management of team members along with their line managers
- Ongoing development of team members with immediate feedback as well as 1:1 coaching
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets and provide accurate country and vendor forecast
- Tight management and oversight of team's pipeline
- Implement a Tool to manage the business and drive its usage
- Identify, develop and implement best practices and processes across the team
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with field sales teams
- Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
- Take the lead in ensuring operational efficiency and process development the business
- Participate in planning and business reviews with the Vendors and be the face of the Inside Sales Team with Vendors
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 7+ years of Inside Sales or Field Sales experience in IT
- At least 3 years of experience in leading an Inside Sales Team
- Ability to operate in a very matrixed management environment
- Fluent written and oral English with the ability to communicate well
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with data
- Well versed with Microsoft Office - MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.
- Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
