Customer Service Team Leader:
Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service;
Experienced in teammanagement;
Making sure employees meet performance expectations;
Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
Giving instructions to subordinate employees;
Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training;
Handling complaints;
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.

Graduated College or bachelor's degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
At least 4 years experience/track records in Sales - ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
Leadership;
Training;
Excellent communication skills;
Professional appearance and attitude;
Proactive organizational skills;
Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
Time Management;
