**Responsibilities**:

- Administrating the IT Service Desk, which includes processing and actioning on tickets to ensure local users’ IT support requirements and service SLAs are met
- Maintain and proactively recommend improvements to the IT Service Delivery environment of the company to avoid disruptions to operations. This encompasses office equipment like personal computers, network, printers, and ops-related equipment like warehouse scanners, GSM modems etc.
- Implement all network infrastructure in our facilities in alignment with Group IT Standards
- Provide LAN/WAN/Wireless/VoIP service support with effective technical expertise
- Provisioning and deprovisioning employees
- Capable of analysing problems and resolving recurring difficulties through root cause analysis
- Develop a methodical approach to solve the incident or problems
- Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support
- Recommend relevant updates to IT policies, processes, and guidelines to support IT operation in-country
- To perform other related duties as required to support users and business.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or any related field
- At least 2-4 years technical** experience in IT Support, Information systems, Technology**:

- Certification in ITIL would be advantageous
- Good project management skills
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
