Customer Service Team Leader:
- Monitoring employee productivity and quality of customer service;
- Experienced in teammanagement;
- Making sure employees meet performance expectations;
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks;
- Giving instructions to subordinate employees;
- Assist in developing training plans and implementing and evaluating employees after training;
- Handling complaints;
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports;
- Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or BOD.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Graduated College or bachelor’s degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
- At least 4 years experience/track records in Sales - ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
- Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
- Leadership;
- Training;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Professional appearance and attitude;
- Proactive organizational skills;
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
- Time Management;
