**KEY AREAS**

**TASKS**

Business Partner
- “Trusted advisor to partnered Departments”_
- Together with HR Director to propose yearly HR Operational plan-based OC HR Strategy
- Execute approved yearly HR operational plan
- Propose annual HR planning for managed businesses which are aligned with HR Department plan
- Support and guide, when needed, business partner to set qualified VFO and make sure performance review process are implemented properly in accordance with the Group and Company timeline
- Ensure HR SOPs are implemented in a proper way
- Be a member of the local HR BP team to drive the local talent attraction & management, talent development and employee engagement
- Make sure DR/LDR is implemented with qualified result and timely as group timeline
- Make sure talent development plan (IPD) is executed and followed closely. Propose action, if needed, when talents are losing motivating and see the risk of losing them
- Partner with the internal CoE for L&D as well as Total Rewards to enhance and develop HR policies and processes based on best demonstrated practices to continuously improve the employee experience
- Execute and follow training & development activities of managed partner: organize training course, evaluation, follow up post-training,.
- Support business partner in setting qualified VFO and conduct the qualified review/ appraisal in accordance with the Group and Company timeline
- Ensure employee changes are updated correctly and timely for monthly salary calculation
- Collaborate with SSC to ensure employee information is updated correctly in HR systems

Business Partner
- “Trusted advisor to partnered Departments”_
- Ensure effective employee communication
- Develop and maintain positive employee and industrial relations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive the workforce effectiveness and support the business growth.
- Maintain updated organization charts of Partnered Departments
- Ensure proper job descriptions for all employees in Partnered Departments

L&D Role

Play a role of L&D role for OC
- Prepare annual training plan based on training needs analysis, IDP (including CoC training
- Coordinate, organize and control the actions to deliver the training plan
- Conduct and support blended learning and development solutions and approaches
- Participate in the design and development of training programs with internal or external resources (e.g. create e-learnings, face to face training, etc.)
- Conduct training courses as assigned (based what have been trained)
- Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre to ensure training records
- Evaluate and assess pre and post training
- Work closely with Group CoE & Group Talent Develop for proposing and executing annual training activities

Occupational Health and Safety
- “Zero Workplace Injury”_
- To drive and develop safety behaviour and culture across Schindler Vietnam in accordance with Safety Management System, legal requirements, Schindler Global safety Fundamental and Initiatives;
- To report all Unsafe Event and Incidents according to Schindler Safe Working Procedure (SOP) and legal requirements;
- To lead by example and be safety role model in responsible areas and/or Team;
- To ensure fulfill all defined safety target and site safety execution (if any).
