HRbp Supervisor

Position**:HRBP Supervisor**
Location**:Long Bien, Hanoi**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Recruitment:

- Work closely with Sorting Managers/Supervisor to make a workforce planning and hiring planning by monthlylquaterly/yearly to align with Business Needs.
- Ensue hiring lead time (SLA) as per requirement of requested Departments and positions.
- Coordinate with Sorting Managers/Supervisor to execute the Onboarding Program for new employees and deploy the training for existing one.
- Manage Headcount Plan as approved AOP (Budgeting)

2. Operations:

- Execute/Implement all salary and bonus policies of Sorting Centers South as approval.
- Proceed the cases for Promotion/Transfer accordingly.
- Communicate/Carry out policies/procedures from CnB to all Managers/Employees clearly.
- Identify and report all risks on Human Resources (including legal risks such as GreatResignation, strikes, etc..) to Management team and develop/execute the approved emergency response plan.
- Manage the resignation process, analysis data and provide the solution to control the turnoverrate for Direct employees.

3. HRBP:

- Implement the Performance Evaluation yearly (Individual and Team Performance) and ensurethe final rating accuracy.
- Follow up the IDP (Individual Development Plan) Talents of Sorting.
- Execute the Performance Management to all Manager/Supervisor levels and ensure thisprogram is implemented effectively and efficiently..
- Organize the Recognition programs.
- Coordinate with HR Functionals such as EB, Total Rewards, SHE, CnB, LnD... to deploy theplans/programs from Company to all Managers/Employees
- Advise/Consult to Sorting Managers/Supervisor all HR activities in specified Sorting Center.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Having at least 05 years of working experience in Human Resource Management.
- Experienced in the hiring selection process, developing and implementing the recruitment plan.
- Good at MS Offices (Word, Excel..)
- Communication and Influencing skills
- Management and Leadership skills
