Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives and business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters and driving alignment between HR and business objectives.


  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that support the achievement of business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, succession planning, and workforce planning to ensure the availability of skilled employees to meet current and future business needs.
  • Lead the talent acquisition and onboarding process, ensuring the recruitment and selection of top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide datadriven insights to support decisionmaking.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Extensive experience in HRBP or HR leadership roles within the banking industry. Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations within the banking sector. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. Strong business acumen and ability to understand the banking industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and drive change. Analytical mindset and ability to utilize HR metrics and data to drive insights and support decision-making. Knowledge of talent management practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
