Providing professional administrative service to ensure continuous operations of ALV office in effective manner and satisfy MD's support requests. Implement internal communications in accordance with guideline from Cluster/Hub.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
**Communications**

**_1. Internal communication: _**
- Implement the Group’s communication strategy / priorities / key messages within the entity by developing communication materials and updating existing communication tools
- Deploy and cascade Group, Hub and Cluster communication programs within the entity and ensure successful implementation by taking into consideration the local needs of the target audience
- Design and implement an entity communications plan according to the entity’s objectives and management priorities

**_2. Management communications _**
- Design and implement strategic management communications programs Organize management and VIP events in the entity

**_3. External communications _**
- Draft local press releases and other external news articles for validation of Hub communications
- Manage media relations in coordination with the Hub Communications team
- Advise and train key managers (or spokespersons) of the entity for their internal and external communication
- Strengthen company image and reputation by promoting Air Liquide’s brand, technologies, products, services, and solutions through external channels (i.e. product brochures, presentations, website) and partnerships
- Organise marketing communication events and other external and/or customer events
- Promote Employer Branding via social network, job affairs Contact persons of ALV to some external associations: Eurocham, AIGA,etc

**_4. Digital communications _**
- Manage and produce content for digital communications such as website, blog, intranet and other Google-based apps
- Utilise external digital tools (i.e. Captionhub, Powtoon, Prezi) in developing communication materials and incorporate the latest digital tools as necessary
- Track analytics of all digital publications and other related communication KPIs Maintain Company's Intranet/ Website/ LinkedIn & Facebook account and other communications channel at ALV;
**_5. Editorial _**
- Write compelling news articles, corporate stories or employee features to feed contents of local intranet
- Screen, edit, rewrite articles submitted by employees for publication in the intranet
- Administer and oversee production of all communication materials

**Office Management & Administration**
- Handle all the office supplies and maintain office equipment as needed;
- Car management
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude;
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary;
- Sorting and distributing mail and manage filing system;
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental;
- Update company documents such as Investment license, Red book..;
- Overseeing general office operation and performing general office clerk duties.

**Managing Director's assistant**
- Provides administrative support for the Managing Director by maintaining records and coordinating activities:

- Arrange Visa, Work permit and Residence card, housing rental and children school fee;
- Conserves Executive’s time by scheduling appointments and travel on Google calendar;
**Other**
- Provide guidance and supervision to admin team in all sites
- Other works assigned by Lead HRBP
