**1. Partnering with Business Leaders and Managers**
- Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters.
- Supporting and working with managers in identifying, creating, developing high-potential employees, and implementing succession planning that align with business objectives.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, action planning, and recognition programs.
- Managing employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Providing regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics and trends Facilitate and monitor the execution of HR projects;
- Working closely with related HR functions for Employer Experience: Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the recruitment and onboarding of top talent, Rewards Team to ensure the total remuneration, Training Team to ensure the training needs to deliver effective HR services and specific campaigns.
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

**2. Consulting leadership about HR matters**
- Consulting with line management and providing daily and policy HR guidance.
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Suggesting new HR strategies.
- Helping line managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
- Providing advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.

**3. Other tasks assigned by Manager**

JOB REQUIREMENT
- B.A in HR, Law or equivalent university.
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in retail company
- A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc.
