Human Resources Manager

ACG_1570_JOBWorks with senior leaders to grasp the organization’s objectives and strategies concerning staffing, recruitment, and employee retention.Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and executes policies, processes, training programs, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations compliance with human resource regulations and align with its strategic objectives.Oversees the implementation of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, performance and talent management, productivity enhancement, employee recognition, occupational health and safety, and training and development.Determines recruitment needs, and develops effective practices for hiring and talent management.Guarantees the adherence to federal and local employment laws and regulations, as well as recommended best practices, by continuously monitoring and reviewing policies and making necessary modifications.Keeps abreast of current trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law, and effectively communicates these updates to senior management.Develops and manages the departmental budget.Analyzes HR metrics and data to generate reports for senior management.Fulfills other duties as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or relevant fields or Master’s degree in Human Resources preferredProven experience in the educational and international environment is an advantageAt least 3 years of experience in similar positions30 to 35 years of ageFull understanding of how an organization operates to achieve its goalsOutstanding comprehension of employment legislation and regulation, and HR practicesA business acumen centralized to human elementExcellent leadership, supervision abilities, communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of data analysis and reportingDiligent and firm high ethical standards
