_We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant to join a fast-growing tech company. You will support the HR Manager in managing recruitment processes and outcomes through external vendors _and _talent pool building, fostering employee engagement, reducing turnover through retention _initiatives, _and ensuring HR operations run smoothly._

**Location**: Romantic Park, Xuan Tao Street, Tay Ho Ward, Ha Noi, Vietnam

**Reporting to**:Human Resources Manager

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Assist in creating hiring plans and job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment process for various positions, especially technical positions, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Foster relationships with recruitment vendors.
- Contribute to the development of a talent pool for present and future hiring needs.

2. Onboarding and Training:

- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles.
- Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, and similar items.
- Collaborate in organizing training & and development initiatives

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

- Assist in addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with fairness and consistency.
- Actively promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through HR initiatives.

4. HR Metrics and Reporting:

- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to provide necessary reports to the Country Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Language: Vietnamese (Native) AND Working Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6,5+). **French Speaking is a big plus.**:

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in HR generalist roles.
- Experience in IT companies is a plus
- Knowledge of talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Familiar with ATS.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills & and telephone etiquette
- Proficient in working collaboratively with stakeholders.
