The internship will provide a strong foundational knowledge of talent acquisition, executive search operations, and internal stakeholder management.
- Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing.
- Drive Talent Acquisition support activities, including talent sourcing and market mapping.
- Drive strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights.
- Initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support employer branding activities:

- Researching the talent market to find relevant audiences.
- Developing engagement programs.
- Support employee wellbeing & internal communication’s activities of company such as:

- Write creative communication content and ensure it is clear and aligned with our business strategy.
- Create idea and manage internal events (ex: Holidays, Happy Hour, )
- Improve productivity and efficiency of employees.
- Boost business connectivity and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or closely related fields. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and other communication platforms is highly recommended. Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks. Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, showcase curiosity, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Fluent in both written and reading English. Laptop is required.
