About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hegka Vietnam. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses

Working Conditions:

  • 5 night shifts per week, from 8PM to 5AM
  • 30% salary bonus per hour from 10PM-5AM
  • 1 hour break during each shift
  • 2 random days off per week, determined by the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, with a clear and confident voice
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Proactive, helpful, and willing to learn
  • Must work in the office, with no remote or hybrid options
