Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Force.com platform using Apex and Visualforce. You will also develop and support new applications using the Lightning framework for internal and external users.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SFDC Service Cloud, knowledge of SFDC Experience Cloud, and expertise in Aura framework and Lightning framework. They will also have experience building web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON, as well as API integration skills working with middleware platforms such as Mulesoft.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Force.com platform
  • Developing and supporting new applications using the Lightning framework
  • Supporting ongoing production Global SFDC instances for business continuity
  • Maintaining proper documentation for workflow processes, list of values, migration plans, and standard operating procedures
  • Assessing the impact of proposed changes and recommending alternative solution choices
  • Supporting the Customers integration program
  • Communicating effectively with IT leaders and/or business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets

This is a 1-year contract position with Smartdev.
