About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team in Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet company growth goals.
  • Proactively identify and engage new clients through market research and networking.
  • Present IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their value and alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations on complex deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to support the development of new solutions.
  • Represent our client at industry events and conferences to expand professional networks.
Requirements
  • At least 7-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the IT and digital solutions sectors.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer
  • Base salary of 45 million VND gross per month, plus a sales commission scheme.
  • Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
  • Full-time, On-site, determined contract.
