Regional Sales Manager

Strategically grow and strengthen our footprint with aftermarket customers in the specified region by maximizing customer value, cultivating distribution networks, and optimizing channel management in accordance with the company's overarching strategy.
- Implement market acquisition and retention strategies to maximize sales growth and optimize profits in the region through both direct and indirect sales channels.
- Take on comprehensive responsibility for the Sales team in the Southern region to maximize the sales of products to both existing and new customers.
**Job Requirements**:
- Over 5 years of experience in a sales management role focused on industrial product sales, preferably specializing in the sales of bearings and housings. Extensive involvement in Key Account Management, covering large Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), end-user, and distribution channel interactions.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage.
- Proficient in utilizing a CRM system to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive, outcome-driven individual with a "play-to-win" mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Flexible mind-set & leadership skills
- Strong communicator and a good critical thinker.
- Willing to travel every week.
