
Senior Regional Sales Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Aligns with trade sales strategy to execute regional trade sales operating plans, assures implementation, monitors progress and takes actions to achieve business objectives.
Is responsible for the delivery of trade sales plan to achieve the business objectives.
Provides inputs - on distribution, merchandising, pricing, inventory management, promotion and in-store brand communication opportunities/issues.
Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships with key accounts/customers and distributors to strengthen Mead Johnson Nutrition competitive position and performance.
Provides sales analysis data to management team for the effective monitor and control on sales performance of GT HCM.
Monitor and maintain budget for the assigned territories. Understands the importance of financial implication against results to determine the worth of investment.
Ensure effective implementation of Trade Sales performance standard to team.
Leads team to achieve performance, especially to improve course of action or emphasis in process management so all team members have a clear objective or quantitative measurement to improve.
Builds a culture that creates a discipline approach in team execution.
Builds strong business relationship with Medical, marketing team and other functional teams to enhance business performance.
Coach and train NCs/SRs and supporting team to develop a high performance organization
Motivate regional, channel trade sales team and create a working environment enhancing RB core value and play as a role model for direct report
Other tasks assigned by line manager
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Educational Attainment Requirement**: Bachelor Degree - Prefer Economy, Economics, Marketing or Business Administration major
**Professional background**:
University graduate
Minimum 3 years supervisory experiences
Minimum 5 years of experiences in trade sales
Acceptable spoken and written English
Minimum 2 years experience of working for international companies
Expected Areas of Competence
Proven good writing, speaking and editing skills, in local language and English
Ability to deliver value added business results through superior execution
Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization, to coordinate and work through a network of agencies/consultants
Effective time management and organizational skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working both within teams and independently
Demonstrates ability to work in an ambiguous, unpredictable and complex environment. Able to maintain professionalism; demonstrates flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of staff and management
Is open and responsive to feedback to improve performance of self and team
