Further, the cAompany manage all sales channels, such as wholesale, ecommerce, and travel retailers, and is an omnichannel retailer of the world's leading accessible luxury watch brands, such as AUGUST BERG, BERING, BOSS, COACH, DANIEL WELLINGTON, HUGO, LACOSTE, MVMT, OLIVIA BURTON, TOMMY HILFIGER, CALVIN KLEIN, and others.
COCOMI is envisioned to become Asia’s leading omni-channel retailer for affordable luxury watches and jewelry brands, mostly preferred by Gen Z and Young Millennials.
**THE ROLE**
Regional Performance Marketing Manager is mainly responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The primary goal is to maximize return on investment (ROI) by analyzing data and adjusting campaigns to achieve optimal performance.
**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, including adjusting budgets, targeting, and ad creative.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to co-develop landing pages, creative assets, and other campaign materials.
- Develop a global/ regional POV on what’s working and what’s not, and what to start new, scale further or stop
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Be ahead with digital knowledge and trends across key markets including Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam
- Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as ad agencies and technology vendors.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years of working experiences at the similar role with multi-market media experiences exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills: a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to use data to make informed decisions about campaign optimization.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Creative thinking: be able to think creatively and come up with innovative approaches to drive results.
- Attention to detail: ensuring that everything is executed flawlessly across all digital channels
- Excellent communication skills: be able to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to ensure that everyone is aligned on campaign objectives and results.
- Project management skills: strong project management skills and be able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring that everything is delivered on time and within budget.
- Experience with marketing technology: familiar with marketing technology, such as ad platforms and analytics tools, and be able to use them to optimize campaigns.
- Results-driven mindset: be results-driven and focused on achieving specific marketing objectives, such as increasing revenue or driving customer acquisition.
