Partnerships Development Manager

The partnership team is responsible for seeking, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with business partners to develop **opportunities to increase active users for the Cốc Cốc browser.** Besides, they also generate chances for the Product/ Marketing/ Sales department in related businesses.
As a **Partnership Development Manager**, you will manage a talented partnership team as well as help accelerate product and user growth from these partnerships.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop new partnerships while enhancing the relationship with current partners to drive Cốc Cốc browser adoption and **acquire users**;
- Work with various teams within Cốc Cốc to leverage Cốc Cốc brand in the local market and build up its presence;
- Explore commercial opportunities through partnerships for Cốc Cốc's s businesses;
- Work with the other Cốc Cốc's teams to shape and refine a strategy of cooperating with partners, ensuring effectiveness and maximizing upside in business partnership;
- Set up mutual goals and measure partnership success while ensuring that partners comply with Cốc Cốc strategy;
- Coordinate with partners and the product department to finalize and fix the technical strategy.
- Report directly to the Head of Business Development.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Required skills**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, partnership or business development;
- Experience in managing a team of 4 - 5 members;
- Good sense of product and commercial instinct with a result-driven mindset;
- Proven network and in-depth understanding, and ability to build relationships with a diversity of partners;
- Good written and verbal communication/ presentation with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical partners.
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Experience working with education/ game/ entertainment partners is preferable;
- Knowledge of marketing is preferable;
- Good understanding of markets and changing business environments.
