- Manage existing strategic insurance partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, relationship management, and resolving conflicts
- Work with senior leadership to develop and write program concepts, proposals, and reports
- Plan, execute and monitor the strategic plans (tactical, long-term) or monthly campaigns to achieve business targets
- Collaboration with all internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandise, Legal, Finance, Customer Service... to resolve issues or improve performances
- Conducting deep dive analysis and providing insights based on data
- Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for improving partnership performance
- Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partners

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Background:

- Vietnamese, base in Hanoi, Vietnam
- Bachelor‘s degree in Insurance, Commerce, Finance, Economics or relevant field.

2. Experience:

- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experiences in leadership level or a similar role.
- Proven experience in the insurance field is compulsory.
- Interest in technology and industry fluency preferred.
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.

3. Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented;
- Willing to work hard and put extra effort forth to meet deadlines and exceed client and management expectations
- Be result-driven, precise, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and under tight timelines.
