1. Functional Skills
- In Depth knowledge of consumer behavior and the behavior’s impact on sales
- InDepth knowledge of media planning and execution & local store marketing implementation
- In Depth knowledge of promotional and competitive sales analysis
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial budget
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable

2. Education, Experience and Certifications
- Bachelor Degree ( or equivalent ) in business management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant operations ( Chinese Restaurant Brand preferred ).
- Experience and knowledgeable with Chinese dishes, flavors such as dim sum, BBQ meats, steam dishes, seafood.
- Strong ability in developing business strategy, financial and budgetary processes
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant F n B industry trends
- Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
