Our client is a leading medical services company who is looking for a talent to join their firm:

- Coordinate with the executive leadership team to manage and oversee the training and development activities, as well as the human resources of the company and the clinic, ensuring the implementation of strategies, goals, and plans approved by the Director General in accordance with the regulations of the law and the healthcare industry.
- Develop human resource plans, organizational structure, job descriptions, and functions and tasks for the personnel department.
- Establish a unified salary and reward system that motivates employees.
- Develop a training plan for the system.
- Develop, review, supplement, and modify systems, regulations, and forms related to management and human resource development activities.
- Manage and take responsibility for activities related to human resource management and development.
- Build and oversee internal communication activities.
- Develop strategies, human resource plans, promotion pathways, and the human resources budget for the entire company in each stage.
- Lead the development of the work plan for the management and development of human resources. Direct the implementation of the approved work plan, control the progress of work implementation, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations for employees under the department.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, professional standards, work instructions, human resource policies, competitive salary and reward regulations, and other income-related regulations, all of which are associated with labor productivity and long-term employee commitment.
- Coordinate and support relevant departments and units in human resources, training, and recruitment activities.
- Provide advice to the Board of Directors and department/unit heads on rational workforce arrangements to ensure efficient operation of the company and clinic.
- Regularly propose improvement solutions to enhance job efficiency, business effectiveness, and service quality at the clinic.
- Participate in implementation and inspections across departments to identify deficiencies, weaknesses, and negative aspects in management and service quality at the clinic. Provide timely improvement solutions and corrective actions.
- Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility for assigned tasks and always set an example by adhering to the companys rules and regulations.
- Ensure the security of information and take responsibility for controlling the security of documents related to the companys operations.
- Collaborate with leadership and departments/units to create a professional and efficient working environment. Develop employee bonding activities that align with the corporate culture.
- Participate in the companys and clinics overall plans and activities.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the General Director.
