ACG_1850_JOBAlign HR strategies, policies, and programs with unit priorities to enhance business performance.Utilize resources effectively to provide HR solutions that support operational efficiency and talent retention.Anticipate and address changes in workforce needs, offering training programs to meet evolving business requirements.Provide guidance on organizational structure design to align resources with strategic goals.Serve as the HR representative for a diverse group of units with 500+ employees, facilitating effective communication and support on HR matters.Implement HR strategies aligned with divisional goals to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.Manage talent representation and advise on measures to improve employee commitment and effectiveness, fostering a culture of financial efficiency.Identify, evaluate, and develop talent within units, including leadership succession planning.Provide consultation and support on HR activities for unit leaders, including recruitment, development, and conflict resolution.Coordinate disciplinary actions and rewards, and contribute to job descriptions and performance evaluation tools.Collaborate with leaders to assess employee performance and develop training plans.Anticipate and mitigate risks associated with personnel changes and human factors in business activities.Provide guidance to unit leaders on effectively managing organizational changes, including structure, processes, and leadership.Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure accurate personnel information updates.Gather unit feedback to enhance HR regulations and processes.Promote behaviors aligned with organizational culture and advanced HR practices.Train unit managers in leadership and people management skills through HR activities.Provide consultation and support for talent planning and HR budget management within the unit.Ensure HR activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.Deliver periodic or on-demand personnel reports, analyzing indicators and data to offer informed solutions.Complete other tasks assigned by the functional director

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Human Resource Management, or any related fieldsAt least 7 years of experience in the HR field at reputable or large-scale organizationsProficiency in English according to the banks standards
