Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accurate records. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven HR strategies.
