Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting a Director/ Associate Director
- Reinsurance to join our team in Hanoi.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Country Head, Reinsurance Vietnam to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth for Treaty.
- Be responsible for maintaining existing business portfolio and developing new clients with support from the manager.
- Oversees the work of multiple client teams to ensure client deliverables achieve objectives.
- In compliance with Aon Broker Guide of Treaty broking
- Other responsibilities as directed by the manager.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success.**
- University graduates
- Proven Reinsurance experience in 10 years.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Work under high pressure
- Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good at English and Excel.
