**About the Department**

The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Our team of Human Resources specialists are guided by four employee commitments: do what is right, build meaningful careers, make a real difference and lead by positive example.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as an individual contributor to provide strategic analysis and recommendation to develop and review suitable and competitive Compensation & Benefits (C&B) policies and schemes.
- Be country SME for the related policies and guidance to advise and consult stakeholders.
- Responsible for performance and pay review process, remuneration surveys and pay structure.
- Be country wellness programme champion, develop the country plan and ensure the implementation.
- Contribute to country employee engagement plan.
- Be a key contributor for HR projects including HR digitalization, policies and processes improvement, etc.
- Budget planning and management.
- Related Risk/Compliance/ regulatory review and activities.
- Other policies/projects as assigned by Strategic HR and Rewards Head.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree. Min 6- 8 years of working experiences in Total Rewards/ C&B management; 3 year experience in Banking industry is preferable.
- Business Acumen, In-deep HR Know-how; and good Vietnam Labour market and Labour code understanding.
- Good understanding and experience in salary structure, benefits and compensation policy development, surveys/ benchmarking and job evaluation systems.
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills, project management, time management and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and team work spirits. Be able to collaborate cross functional effectively.
- Having strong knowledge and networking in VN salary market.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work proactively independently.
- Self-motivation and self-learning capabilities.
- Ability to work under high pressure and strong commitment and result oriented.
- English fluency, good in written and oral.
