**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Act as Total Rewards Operations Subject Matter Expert and support the Total Rewards & Benefits Center of Excellence in various programs and initiatives for the assigned geographic scope - ie., Asia Pacific.
- Support the administration of Global and Regional compensation activities such as Sales Incentive Plan, Merit, and Medtronic Incentive Plans, such as data audit activities.
- Address and support the timely processing of all Total Rewards-related queries raised in ServiceNow based on agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Responsible for the delivery of Total Rewards operational activities, including but not limited to - Compensation escalations via Workday, vendor coordination, medical and life insurance enrolments, and Annual Rewards Planning administration.
- Support benefits projects as necessary (e.g., Benefits implementation, health and insurance vendor renewal, and local benefit administration)
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Leads & participates in internal and cross-functional initiatives related to continuous process and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identifies customer-impacting issues and implement solutions and process improvements to increase customer experiences.
- Ensures streamlined human processes, workflows, metrics, and system optimization.
- Helps to define requirements for systems that will facilitate increased efficiencies, automation and/or self-service for various Human Resources processes.
- May also create test plans, lead testing cycles, and configure systems.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Requires 2+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent or Advanced Degree with 0 years of experience.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of total rewards experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience with Human Resource systems (Workday, Peoplefluent, etc) and ticketing system in a shared service evironment is highly preferred. Experience with third-party payroll or HR companies is a plus
