**Job description**:

You will join our Payroll team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across 2-3 scopes in Asia, contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our teams by managing payroll processes efficiently.

**Your missions**:

- Process payroll for all team members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations across assigned scopes in Asia.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including team information, hours worked, and deductions.
- Calculate and process benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other departments as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that payroll processes are in alignment with employee data and organizational changes.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from team members, providing clear and accurate information.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Assist in preparing year-end reports and tax filings.
- Stay updated on payroll best practices and legal changes to ensure continuous improvement in processes.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Around 2 years of experience in payroll, human resources, or compensation functions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software such as ADP or Paychex (preferred).
- Strong understanding of payroll-related labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory).
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow continuously.
