**Role Overview**

As a Customer Success Director, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term partnerships with our existing clients in the Hanoi region, particularly focusing on key players in the big banks and financial services industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the continued success and growth of our clients, leveraging your deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing banking and financial services clients in Hanoi, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within TechX.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and work proactively to identify opportunities where TechX solutions can drive value and innovation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing their onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support needs.
- Monitor the health of client accounts, proactively identifying potential issues and devising strategic solutions to ensure their success.
- Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client, focusing on their unique goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to deliver seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase the value and impact of TechX solutions, and to identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations.

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or related roles within the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and technology solutions within the industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client accounts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client environments.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites within the Hanoi region.
