- Job title: Director, Growth Marketing
- Reports to: Global Head of Marketing, Communication & Partnership (MCP)
- MCP team oversees the entire global marketing functions to drive Key Programs (KP) of FSOFT globally from Branding, Communication, Growth & Partnership.
- As our **Director of Growth Marketing**, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get started on developing and executing our business strategy for KPs & OBs (Oversea Branches) from a marketing perspective. As we are positioned in the Head Quarter and working with muti-countries & counterparts, we need a hands-on leader who will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals efficiently.

**Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care**:

- Working with the leadership team to ensure that our Growth MKT strategies and outcomes are aligned with the company goals.
- Ensuring our marketing activities drive incoming leads to support our quarterly pipeline and KP sales goals.
- Oversee lead, demand generation, and ABM within integrated campaign framework to make sure the utilization & effective engagement of all marketing tactics & production efforts.
- Oversee plans, budgets, KPIs monthly for any revision needed towards the department & company goals.
- Providing ongoing teamwork across all aspects of marketing, including brand marketing and communications, product/program launch and GTM, ongoing product/program marketing and research, digital growth, activations, and marketing technology.
- Working day to day with other MKT team functions to effectively build stories that make us stand out in the market with relevant & impactful content, giving us coverage through earned media and reports.
- Working closely with Key Program leaders, Oversea Branch leaders and other stakeholders for strategic & performance alignment.
- Being the leader in how we enable Key Programs’ growth in focus markets using customer research, competitor insights, and market data.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Director, Marketing Manager or other senior marketing communications role ready for their next challenge.
- Experience working with B2B technology company with proven experience establishing and growing a brand, developing and executing marketing strategies and frameworks, and executing them at a tactical level.
- A tactical and strategic mindset. You should be able to operate, but also be the leader with the ability to build integrated brand/marketing architecture and frameworks.
- Experience articulating a defined strategy and molding consensus across many different stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of how to manage multi MKT channels and tools to build new customer base, drive existing and partner-driven growth.
- The proven ability to navigate complex, technical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in handling multiple, competing priorities and projects, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset and ability to dig into complex topics.
- Demonstrated history of delivering pipeline growth and an ROI on marketing budget.
- Proven success as a leader, coach and mentor with success in hiring and fostering growth of your team.
- Naturally collaborative. You’re comfortable working with a diverse group of stakeholders across the organization and making sure every voice is heard
- Language: Advanced in English (IELTs 7.5+)
