Our client is a company in fintech field, aiming to expand their business. They are looking for a Marketing Director (Head of Marketing) to fulfill their development plans:

- In charge of planning, managing, and carrying out marketing operations for our business
- Manage critical marketing functions such as public relations, branding, trade marketing, partnership/merchant marketing, and web marketing.
- In charge of expanding the brand in operating locations.
- Ensure that all channels and POS adhere to consistent brand guidelines.
- Regularly publicize our's products and services, marketing campaigns, new initiatives, CSR actions, and so on in order to increase brand awareness and confidence.
- Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance of various physical and online sales channels
- Manage marketing campaigns to guarantee maximum efficacy and ROI
- Lead new marketing projects such as customer data platform and marketing automation
- Identify and seek new collaborations to deliver additional traffic/data
- Stay current on market trends, rivals' marketing methods, and efforts.
- Improving the user experience on the Digital Sales Platform and the company's website (including design, content, and usability), developing ASO, SEO, SEM, mobile, and social media marketing capabilities.
- Developing Social Media Marketing, Branding, PR, and Event Strategies to establish a brand identity in Social Media, enhance brand recognition, and improve web traffic and lead capture through digital channels.
- Increase the number of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site visits via calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Possess and improve owned media capabilities

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: a background in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
- 10 years of experience in Marketing or equivalent expertise, with at least three years at the same position or level
- Prior marketing expertise for a large retail chain is preferred.
- A track record of successfully planning and implementing marketing strategies or projects
- Understands the needs of the business and the customer, and acts as a liaison to ensure that systems and strategies are strategically aligned.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing ideas to boost product and service demand
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, complicated matrix, changing environment.
- Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills that are well-developed, as well as the capacity to discern conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of mobile marketing
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic about your work, and capable of working under pressure.
