**Tender Management**
- Respond professionally in RFQs / RFIs request to increase our chance of bid success. Pre-qualify the bid requests and determine/define minimum criteria to accept the tender request.
- Conduct pre-tender discussions with Key Account Manager (KAM) or Sales, Product and Pricing to understand strategy and requirements of upcoming RFQs.
- Manage an entire tender process by facilitate and streamline communication among different groups and functions within the organization. Drive strategy setting, value proposition and ensure on timely execution and quality submission.
- Coach and support KAMs to ensure a full preparation work done prior to RFQ including but not limited to providing a quality TIF, drive decision making where possible through pre-tender calls with regional stakeholders, trigger early any Finance, Risk and Legal topics, and recommend tender pre-work activities when necessary.
- Perform commercial, contractual, legal and risk analysis relating to the bid request.
- Coordinate, analyze, deliver and submit local and/or regional tenders. To collect all relevant information from involved business units and Product management teams, including account owners to satisfy the requirements of the bid.
- Principal liaison with Schenker Thailand business units and relevant teams and members in other regions for best practice and exchange of information to support the successful conversion of a bid request.
- Conduct post tender analysis on reasons for win or loss that makes organizational learning possible.
- Create and Prepare tender management report by align with regional and global team.
- Support Tender Management (TM) team's projects/initiatives such as process improvements, etc. Lead on the assigned initiatives or projects.
- To facilitate pre-submission meeting to discuss reviews (e.g. rates analysis reviews based on tender strategy as advised by Account Manager, RFQ compliance reviews, Terms and Conditions/Pricing Facts reviews etc.).
- To coordinate with internal contributors e.g. Sales, Product, IT, HSSE, etc. on the structure and competitive quality content in preparation of proposals, either presented in a MS Word or MS PowerPoint format.
- To secure and provide feedback on lost or won opportunities to identify internal gaps in the tender process through internal KPI reviews. Disclose gaps in capability, pricing or customer relationship for the purpose of enabling our Management to conduct a targeted corrective action through post tender reviews.
- To prepare and upload of all required tender documents into the specific platform (e.g. minutes, checklists, tender docs.)

**Others**
- Support and execute the strategic/improvement projects within sales team and align with relevant departments
- Sales systems (Quotation System, CRM System etc.) management and support.
- Others task assigned by manager.
- Maintain and follow company rules, regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Standards.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, pricing and/or tender management capacity from an international freight forwarding company. Direct experience in tender management is preferable.
- Strong knowledge in supply chain management and NVOCC product & business.
- Strong in Sales Process and freight forwarding market knowledge.
- Could work under high pressure.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or Supply Chain would be an advantages.
- Independent, energetic, self-starter, pro-active, adaptable and able to prioritize and manage multiple task
- High level of self-motivation and flexibility
- Sense of responsibility, urgency, reliability, ownership on deliverables, commitment to task and results focus.
- Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization and manage relationships and contacts across multiple functions and frontiers. Organize and be able to Facilitation / Presiding the meeting.
- High competency with Microsoft Office such as Excel (intermediate to advance level), Power point etc.
- Experience in writing proposals is a plus.
- Customer oriented attitude / key account interaction experience
