Formation and execution of commercial strategy, value proposition and go to market plan.Fill container capacity by actively promoting container service, targeting and securing shipping line and container customers, subsequently retaining, and growing them.Forge strong relationships with container industry stakeholders in Vietnam and internationally.Create, professionalize, implement, maintain, and improve Commercial processes and procedures.Set effective pricing levelsCreate, and negotiate highly effective and profitable contracts/agreements with customers including efficient billing processes and procedures.Ensure optimal customer service levels by translating customer needs into terminal performance and products.Main point of contact for all customers and potential customers regarding commercial and customer service matters of the terminal.Build and implement best practices and processes to optimize link between customers and operations.Drive effective market analysis and reporting as well as preparation of tariff and cost analyses and comparative studies/reports.Help create and manage commercial budget including short-, medium- and long-term volume and revenue forecasting as basis for business plan.
Experience Requirements:
Management experience in port and transportation industry, strong familiarity with container logistics. Container terminal experience a plus.Strong, professional, English, and Vietnamese language skills.Broad, international experience and proven track record in B2B Sales & Marketing.5+ years in a similar role with demonstrated growth and added value.Self-starter, proven project management skills, team player.
