1. Booking reservations with shipping lines/co-loaders.
Manage and oversee the end-to-end sea freight operations, ensuring efficient and timely execution of shipments;
Together with Director to coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, and agents to secure competitive rates and ensure smooth vessel bookings;
Report and escalate issues, challenges, and significant developments to the Director;
Update regulations and changes from shipping lines/co-loaders on a weekly basis or immediately upon receiving notifications;
Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of data and file documentation;

2. Documentation & Customer Services tasks
Handle the preparation and verification of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping instructions

Communicate and liaise with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding sea freight operations and related matters.


Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of cargo.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any issues or delays that may arise.

Create files, update rate and related expenses in the company's system

Maintain and expand client relations through customer service efforts

Provide support to other departments:
Accounting, Logistics, Business Development, etc.
Assist accounting in managing accounts payable/receivable with shipping lines/co-loaders.

Support other departments as necessary within the scope of the role and permitted responsibilities.


Cooperate with BD team in visiting customers and developing new customers, new trade lane, new service through the nomination customer but not limited of the free hand local clients.


4. Management
Train and develop team members, identify training needs, and create plans to enhance capabilities and work performance

Improve bottom line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency

Make monthly report for volume/GP

5. Other assigned tasks

Good command of English & Vietnamese

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and negotiations

Analytical skills to analyse freight data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing operation

Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate with a diverse international team

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to make quick and accurate

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the sea freight industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience
