Requirements:

  • Japanese equivalent of N2 (good at speaking, listening, writing, reading)
  • 3 years experience of working as an HR&GA executive.
  • Experience working in Japanese's environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Time management: make plan, verify the progress based on committed schedule
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Being active, creative and positive in working
