Recruitment and Training Specialist

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment and Training Specialist to join our team at Diag, one of leading medical laboratory companies. The Recruitment and Training Specialist will provide essential support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating pre-employment requirements, such as background checks, reference checks, and necessary paperwork. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure all required training and resources are provided to new employees.
- Training Documentation: Maintain training records, including attendance sheets, training evaluations, and completion certificates. Ensure accurate and up-to-date training documentation is maintained in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding recruitment and training-related inquiries. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and trainers to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the recruitment and training processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on recruitment and training activities, including metrics such as time-to-fill, training participation rates, and feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing recruitment and training processes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment, onboarding, and training. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
**Job requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in recruitment or training coordination are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, training coordination, or HR support roles, experience in healthcare or medical laboratory industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
