A. Job Responsibilities

Implementing and managing full-lifecycle recruitment process
- Create and manage daily job openings across multiple platforms, including company websites, job boards, and social media, networks, referral.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain external recruitment channels, networks and platforms to support with recruitment planning and activities.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruitment practices.

Reporting
- Track the progress of each applicant and keep their records updated in applicant tracking system.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire,
- Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
- Generates detailed reports on crucial recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Recruitment Marketing
- Support Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing activities of Prudential Bancassurance to attract high-quality applicants.
- Develop & promote contents, visual to promote Prudential Bancassurance Career.
- Work closely with recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges.
- Track, measure and report on recruitment marketing campaign/activities results based on collected data.

Other tasks assigned by Line Manger and Management level

B. Job Accountability- Ensure efficiency and timely fulfillment of recruitment demands.Ensure compliance by actively monitoring and implementing recruitment policies, procedures, and practices that align with PVA’s requirements/policies.- Ensure secure and efficient data management across the system.

C. Job Requirements

Knowledge
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional platforms.
- Background in using recruitment system or other relevant software such as applicant tracking system.
- Experience in posting jobs online.

Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically, with a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
